I called them on 133 and they told me that ports 1025 until 60000 are open and forwarded to the ip 192.168.2.10. So you only need to set this ip on your pc and use on of this ports. You can also ask them to open the rest of the ports if you need them. You don’t need any password to open the ports for primetels modem.
